This book is based on the type of Channelling called Automatic Writing. I basically set the book up, as in the front cover and all the peripherals that go with it, and then just waited for my Spirit friend to give me my writings. Along with these writings and other material on the subject, I created this book.

All the Automatic Writing I have read and written lead to one thing, and that is, Living For The Now. Over the years I’ve heard a lot of people in different groups discussing about the Past, Present and Future all taking place at the same time. This used to sound too complicated to me and I would just push it aside, as to a lot of other theories discussed in groups. Until one day when I had one of many discussions with Spirit.

It finally hit me why I found things too complicated; I was looking too deeply into things, when actually the answers were right under my nose. 

The answer to the Past, Present and Future all taking place at the same time is simply; there is no past, because you bring it with you into the present. There is no future, because you take the present with you wherever you go. When you were in the past it was a Now moment.

Where you are at the present time, is Now, and when you get to the future, it will be Now. When we talk about the past and the future, people refer to both of them in days, months and years, but there’s no difference between days, months and years when compared to seconds. 

Whether it was a second ago or a million years ago, it’s still referred to as the past and so on, but when you’re there, it’s Now. 

Past, Present and Future are all happening at the same time. They are happening Now.  Life is about living the Now moment and just being happy Now. I’ve Now learnt to live like this, and it doesn’t matter if you’re 20 years old or 60 years old, you are alive Now and that’s all that matters. Like I said at the top of the page, all Automatic writing is a guide on How to live a happy and blissful life.
