Tony is the "front man" for "Tattoo" - Slocombe's Pussy (The Band) playing the Tattoos of Tony "The Face" Cronin; during the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2009.  Performances of the Band were held at the Thornbury Theartre 8th-11th October.  Media Release

The Melbourne Fringe Festival is the largest annual celebration of independent arts in Victoria. The Festival is entirely open access, meaning that artists are responsible for the creation and presentation of their own events.

 
About Slocombes Pussy
In 1984, the staff of the Ladies and Mens Gents’ Clothing at Grace Brothers Department store were abducted by aliens! After many Freudian experiments by the Valkery, the poor devils were finally exiled to a gulag located beyond the Phoenix Asteroids. Finally they escaped and joined Federation Interplanetary Naval Forces in HMASS Tiddles where Admiral Rumbold, Ensign Humphries, Captain Peacock and Colonel Granger now roam the Galaxy playing Psychedelic rock, a genre despised and loathed by the Valkery. Using valve amplification and other sound sources abandoned by Romel in his North African campaigns and other Sociopathic Voodoo trickery, Slocombe’s Pussy is a force to be reckoned with.
