We try to carry stock listed on our web site at all times. Sometimes, due to unexpected increased demand, a particular item may not be available for immediate despatch. We will of course inform you of any such delays in delivery.

Before placing your order, you must agree with the following:

1. All orders are subject to written confirmation from TTF. Usual turnaround time for confirmation is within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

We accept direct deposits into our account, cheques and drafts, money orders, Visa, and Mastercard. We accept cash, credit cards or EFTPOS if you are coming to our premises. Note that your item will not be posted until payment is received and cleared. Should you wish to pay by credit card, your card details must be provided, either faxed or given by phone to our representative.

Postage and Handling Cost Shipping cost will depend on what you're buying. We try to use the most economical way to ship. Most of the time, we use our courier or Australia Post. We will clear the P & H costs with you first before going ahead.
